Thanksgiving came early for us this year. I am cooking up a storm today for a faux Thanksgiving feast. We are still going to spend Thanksgiving with family up in Maine for the actual holiday, but I really wanted to take on the challenge of pulling together a big holiday meal.
Pizza: homemade crust, jarred sauce, lots of cheese, onions, peppers, mushrooms, and kielbasa.
We recently made a trip to Super 88, the nearby Asian supermarket. It is a grocery destination for those seeking good prices and a wide variety of exotic ingredients.
