Lunch time on a lazy Sunday.
I pulled together simple sausage + pepper sandwiches to fill our bellies while we work. The buns came from the freezer, leftover from the turkey whoppers. I peeled and sliced spicy Italian sausage and sautéed it in a hot pan with salsa, bell pepper, and onion.
